ABOUT ME
AVRA DAVID
Stepping into the halls of Parsons School of Design for my Master's program in Fashion Management was a defining moment in my creative journey. Here, I discovered the art of blending artistic expression with commercial appeal through strategic management and branding.
My undergraduate degree in Studio Art at NYU has allowed me to develop my creative skills, honing my knowledge of merging creative and commercial art.
Moving from Greece to New York City at 18 opened up a world of opportunities and gave me a diverse perspective on the art and fashion scene. I learned the importance of merging the artistic with the commercial and adapting to the fashion industry's ever-changing trends and diverse perspectives to create unique and compelling content. Through strategic management and branding, I explored bringing themes and marketing campaigns to life through storytelling.
Fashion and art are mediums for communicating the artistry of designers, and my passion for merging these two worlds has become the driving force behind my creative pursuits. With a background in art, marketing, public relations, communication, and storytelling, I possess skills that enable me to articulate innovative and creative ideas.
